Return and exchange policy

Returns

• Agricultural supplies: Can be returned within 3 days from the date of purchase.
• Plants: Can be returned only after inspection while the delivery representative is still present and before they leave. Once the delivery representative has left, plants cannot be returned.
• If the order included free delivery and the customer wishes to return the full order or part of it, the delivery fee that was waived will be deducted from the value of the returned products as part of the final settlement.

Exchanges

• Agricultural supplies: If you are not satisfied with the product, it can be exchanged within 3 days from the date of purchase.
• Plants: Can be exchanged only after inspection while the delivery representative is still present and before they leave. Once the delivery representative has left, plants cannot be exchanged.
• If the customer wishes to exchange a product, the customer will be responsible for the exchange shipping fee of 27 SAR.

Return or Exchange Conditions

• For returning or exchanging agricultural supplies, the product must be in its original condition, without any damage or removal of its packaging, if applicable.
• Return or exchange requests will not be accepted if the product has been damaged or misused by the customer.
• Plants cannot be returned or exchanged except while the delivery representative is still present and before they leave. Once the delivery representative has left, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
• Returns and exchanges are accepted after verifying the condition of the product and ensuring that it meets the conditions mentioned above.
