Shipping & Delivery Policy

We at Hadaiq Mahrah are committed to providing a professional delivery experience that ensures your purchases arrive in the best possible condition. We currently serve Riyadh and its affiliated areas according to the following guidelines:

1. Delivery Zones & Fees

Delivery costs are determined based on the geographical area and appear automatically when selecting the address on the checkout page:

Within Riyadh City: 27 SAR.
Ad Diriyah and Al-Uyaynah: 30 SAR.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

Handling Time: Orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 3 business hours from the time of order confirmation.
Same-Day Delivery: For orders confirmed before 2:00 PM throughout the week (except Fridays).
Delivery within 24 Hours: For orders confirmed after 2:00 PM.
Friday Policy: Friday is an official day off for our delivery team. All orders received on Friday will be scheduled and delivered as a high priority on Saturday.

3. Commitments & Data Accuracy

In the event of exceptional order volume or circumstances beyond our control, we are committed to delivering the order within a maximum of 48 hours from the original order time, with the customer being notified of any updates.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate address and a correct mobile number to ensure the delivery process is completed successfully and on time.

4. Order Tracking

Once the order is dispatched with the delivery representative, you will be contacted via the registered mobile number to coordinate the exact receipt time and ensure your presence at the location.
